1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • You provide the original invoice or order number.

Please note: Personalized or custom leather products (e.g., monogrammed wallets, custom jackets) cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Custom or personalized leather products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper care
  • Items without original packaging or tags

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Once approved, securely package the product in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back to our return address (provided by Customer Support).

Important: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the product is defective or damaged.

4. Refunds

  • Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or style (subject to stock availability).
  • Follow the return process above and indicate that you want an exchange.
  • If the replacement product has a different price, we will adjust the price difference accordingly.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will:

  • Replace the product at no additional cost
  • Provide instructions for returning the defective item
  • Ensure the replacement is delivered as soon as possible
